The Clarendon Elite Sports Program, a registered non-profit, is the driving force behind the Elite Cup tournament that is transforming youth football in the parish.

A Clarendon-based non-profit organisation is behind the ambitious Clarendon Elite Cup, a football tournament that has quickly become one of the most talked-about youth sporting events in the parish.

The Clarendon Elite Sports Program, a registered charity dedicated to youth development through sport, stepped up to host the competition as part of its broader mission to give young people in the parish access to high-level competitive football.

Organisers explained that the idea was born out of a recognition that talented footballers in Clarendon often lacked the platform to showcase their abilities. The Elite Cup was designed to bridge that gap while also fostering community spirit and healthy competition between schools.

"We want to create pathways for these young men," said a spokesperson for the organisation. "Football has the power to change lives and we are committed to making sure that players in Clarendon have every opportunity to develop."

The tournament is fully funded through charitable donations and sponsorships, with all surplus reinvested into the programme. Supporters can donate at the CESP website to help keep the competition running and growing.
